Talkbase, formerly known as Artus, is a project that has been initiated by FROX late 2014 and represents the newest member to our family of business communication products. Talkbase is also the outcome of strategic exercise to reposition a division of our business for the future of UCC communication tools.
Talkbase (powered by FROX) is a unique web-based attendant console for Skype for Business (Lync) and soon for Cisco CUCM environments. Our subscription based pricing model offers companies of any size great flexibility and scalability as they benefit from new releases and updates at no charge. We are proud of our state of the art user interface (GUI) and features to offer receptionist and operators around the globe an efficient workspace.
